ELECTRICIAN:

Electrician must have accomplished skills in a variety of electrical systems and diagnostics including monitoring, documentation, new design, building, repairing and retrofitting of existing equipment and control software.  Leader and dependable self-starter able to work with minimal supervision yet able to quickly complement team environment. Skilled in industrial, commercial, and residential wiring designs and installations.  Extensive software and hardware skills.  Insightful ability to quickly grasp and understand a large variety of complex electrical systems, configurations and component operations.

FITTER/FABRICATOR:

Basic Marine, Inc. is seeking a full-time experienced ship outfitter/fabricator.  Must have prior outfitting/fabricating experience.  Some duties for this position include: blueprint reading, ability to work with and fit steel plate from 3/16 and heavier, set up and lay out, bending light & heavy metal and understand all fabricating machines such as brake, sheer, roll and others.

WELDERS:

Full-time experienced all position welders: vertical, horizontal, overhead, and flat.  Applicant must be knowledgeable in inner shield and dual shield flux cored welding.  

Performs all necessary tasks (semi-skilled and unskilled) laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of systems and equipment. Ability to apply standard job skills and company policies to complete a wide range of tasks. Ability to use of basic hand tools, portable power tools, and tools of specialty. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Ability to perform multiple tasking and meet critical deadlines. Applies job skills and company policies to complete a wide range of tasks. Ability to provide on the job training to lower levels.
